Percolation Testing
- Performed in accordance with applicable county or State of Nevada regulations
- Coordination of permitting, excavation, and inspection by applicable jurisdiction representative(s)
- Testing is generally summarized in a report format with general criteria for septic system design options provided, but can be summarized as testing results only
On-Site Sewage Disposal System Design
- Design and plans prepared in accordance with applicable county or State of Nevada regulations
- Designs provided for standard and engineered system
- Variance applications and hearing attendance as requested or required
- Permitting assistance provided as requested
- Complete civil improvement plan sets prepared to meet submittal requirements as required of applicable county, city or state agency
- Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and associated application documents prepared as requested or required
- Special Use Permit (SUP) documents and associated plan preparation
- FEMA flood certificates
Construction Phase Services
- Foundation support verification for new building pad
- Building setback verification
- Surface drainage verification
- IBC 1704 special inspection services for epoxy and expansion fastened anchorage installation
